My future son-in law bought an engagement ring for my daughter, after a few days there was stains on the ring and she took it back, the sales lady told her it's because of her body acid so they had to send it back to get it coated again with white gold. When she got it back, one of the claws where missing, she then took the ring back again and asked them for a new ring. They are engaged for a month but she only had her ring for a week in total. Yesterday she got the new ring that was totally deformed from resizing and full of scratch marks. She then took it back again and the sales lady told her she is a pain. Is that how customers should be treated??
