About 3 weeks ago I bought my wife a ring at American Swiss, Westcoast Mall, Vredenburg. They didn't had my wife's size in stock, so it was send away for resizing. We bought the ring on account. Nobody told us that there is an amount payable for resizing, so big was my surprise to hear that I must pay R90 for resizing. This is, according to me, ridiculous as it is not my problem they didn't had my wife's size in stock. This is the first time that I know of that you must pay for something to re size because they had not the right stock. It seems like a money making to me. I will never buy anything from American Swiss again.
