I bought a couch set and bunk bed on the 28th September of 2012 and the cushions for the couches came incorrect and I left it. 2 weeks ago whilst sitting on the couch i heard a bomd like sound and after 3 seconds realised the in was from the sofa I was sitting on, the spring had burst. I went to report this to Calvin at Westgate who called me the next day and said He'd organise the store van to come collect the sofa and check it out as the factory transport cost alot. i went in again after 3 days of hearing nothing the other guy said they wouldnt fetch the couch and that I had to bring it in myself and that Calvin was off.
This sofa is less than 3 months old and doesnt get sat on as much as the other one.
How can I trust that their sofa's aare of quality when This happens and I was told that I WILL NOT get my money back. So I paid for poor quality and cant get a refund when their product fails me.
