I bought a ring for R2999 on the 14th Dec 2013 and left it there for resizing because it was to big for my wifes finger which is a size J. On the 17th Dec 2013 I received the ring. A couple of days later the diamonds fell off the ring, i took it back for repairs, when i got it back, another couple of days the diamonds started falling out again, I took it back for exchange for a different ring of the same value. I was told to bring it back on the 3rd Jan 2014 for resizing because it too was to big, on the 3rd January 2014 I took it back and was told it will be ready by monday 5 Jan 2014. Monday I called to find out if it was ready and I was told that it will only be ready on tuesday afternoon. Wednesday 8 January 2013 I call to find out whats happening and they tell me it will be ready by thursday. I decided that now I want my money back because I've been waiting for 3 days since i was told it will be ready. The staff at american swiss are giving me attitude, calling me a saying I didn't hear correctly because they claim they told me it takes 7 working days for a ring to be resized. After its resized it loses quality, I should be able to order the exact size without resizing.
