Store taking time to respond to my problem

I bough a ring in NWJ Menlyn in December 2012. The ring was big and brought in for resizing. a wrong ring was returned with no explanation. I took it back to the shop and requested my original ring. it has been more than 2 months and when i call for progress i am taken from pillar to post. Louise at head office in Durban told me today the ring was found and delivered to menlyn. she promised to check and confirm but nithing till now, I called Menlyn and the person I spoke to promised to call me back. I called again after a few minutes and she couldnt talk to me and told the person I will be called when the ring is back. I find this disturbing as I deserve regular update. I bought the ring as i liked it and it has been 8 months that the ring has been giving me problems. Please help and if the store cannot give me my ring before the end of the week, I need my money back so I can buy my ring somewhere else.
