Still No Service

Since My Post on Hello Peter of 18 Feb 2013, Verimark contacted me 1 time because of the post. since then nothing. No Feedback, No call, No Comment, this is pathetic and Useless service. All I want to know is if they are going to credit me or replace the Vacuum Cleaner, But Nothing.
