Our vacuum cleaner broke 2 months ago and we gave it in for repair.
Got it back after about 3 weeks and plugged it in and it trips the mains...
Reported it to Verimark head office and was promised a refund of the repair for R637 as well as the cost to replace the vacuum cleaner for R 1699.
Had to take the vacuum cleaner to Centurion branch on 11 November to confirm the problem and blew up their computer...
They promised to report it back to Palisha at head office and she will call me to confirm the refund etc.
I still have had no response from her after calling on 11 November (left a message too) and 12 Novembe
