I pay a cellphone insurance premuim each month without fail to Edgars and about 4 weeks ago I submited a claim after I was told the phone is beyond repair. The sales person wearing a Xoliswa name tag told me my claim would be proccesed in one week and 4 weeks later Im still waiting, Ive wasted petrol driving to the store and I never recieve a satisfactory answer, all Im made to do is fill out forms with every visit. I'm always told "dont call us we'll call you". On My recent visit I told that my cellphone and claim has been misplaced. This is unacceptable Im afraid... The worst service of my life. Im at a point where I will be taking my money elsewhere and will use the platform on my national radio show to tell my listeners to never do business with Edgars or Westgate Mall!!!
