Shocking Service once again from Mall@Reds

On the 05 of August 2013 I took my cellphone in to Edgars Mall@Reds for an insurance claim. First I went to customer services and they send me to the cellphone counter. I got there and there was nobody after standing there for nearly 20 minutes a guy came and said he will go and look for the person he is working there still waiting another 10 minutes he came back and told me she was on lunch and will be here soon. Stil standing another 10 to 15 minutes a security guard came and told me to go back to customer services as to what I did. When I got there and wanted to put in a claim for my cellphone the guy assisting me had no idea what to do and told me I cannot put in a claim for a cash purchase yet this was bought on my account. After my blood pressure rising and up and down with this guy I told him to call the manager who came and assist me they made me fill in form and hand in my cellphone after more than an hour of up and down in that shop with people not knowing what they do. Still till today I have had no feedback of my claim and they are sitting with my phone. Sick of this branch for whenever I walk in there I get bad service.
