Worst Insurance claim eve

ON the 27th of September my I phone was. Since it was insured at the Edgars store, i went to Clearwater mall to find out documents i would require in order to submit a claim. On the Sunday i Returned to the store with the documents, i was told that the documents would be faxed through to head office and I should return on Tuesday to see if my claim had been approved. On Tuesday i return to the Edgars only to find out that the documents were incorrect and were not faxed to head office. I was again told to return on Thursday to see if the claim had been approved and did so again, only to find that there had been no progress on my claim. so i contacted the call center myself and the claim was approved after twenty minutes. I was told that i am only allowed to purchase a phone at a Edgars store. When i insured my Iphone at Edgars i asked whether my iphone would be replaced if it was or damaged and i was assured that it would be. To my suprise Edgars stores dont sell Iphone's, i requested that they try and order me one and i was told that it might take more than two weeks. It has been seven trips to Edgar's. How can Edgar's sell insurance for a product they dont sel
