I purchased a Coverderm foundation at a Dischem branch in December 2012 whilst on holiday. The consultant at the counter gave me a specific foundation after testing it on my skin. When I opened the product in January 2013 for first use, I noticed that the colour was too dark.
I went to the Richards Bay branch to exchange it for the correct colour but was told they have to talk to management and the Rep first. I had to go back 1 week later just to be told that they cannot help me and that Dischem is not willing to take the loss for the incorrect product and maybe the Rep can. They took my details down once again and I still haven't heard back from anyone to date.
If I chose the wrong colour myself I would accept it and live with it, BUT a trained consultant gave me the wrong colour after matching it to my skin tone, and this foundation is not the cheapest around.
