I had been robbed at hillside mall on the 8/10/2013.I tried to claim for my cellphone at Edgars Bluff but all they could give me was my imei no.their wan scan was off line, I went to cna, I was really in a panic and even forgot to fill out a claim form, of which the sales person didn't even ask.
I waited for 2 weeks and had to call the store, the lady said that I should come in and fill a form, at the time I was in cape town, I went in store when I arrived and filled out the claim form, the lady kershnee assured me she would sort it out and call me back but its been a further 2 weeks and nothing.
I have /- 6 insurances with Edgars and this kind of service is appalling..
I need a solution.
