I had a problem with my Blackberry 9300 cellphone's chargying unit/block. I took my phone to edgars stores Diamond pavillion mall in Kimberley SA on the 23rd February 2013. After two weeks they told my MTN say my phone is BER (damaged beyond economical repair) and they wont be able to fix it. I told them i had insurance on the cellphone and was told to come in and fill in forms for insurance purposes. On the 13th of March the claimed was submitted and i was told that it will take no more than 6weeks for my phone to be repaired or orreplaced depending on what the insurance company decides... now 7weeks later they are playing a cat and mouse game with me. i was told that they are waiting for a small part to repair it and that i would receive it the next week. This was on the 24th. I am still waiting. If i phone they tell me no we will find out and call back. I am mad and disgusted in the poor customer service i receive from these people. They should just know that i refuse to pay the 90rand excess thet supposedly ask for a repair because i use alot of airtime to call them and they dont even care or jave the decency to let me know what is happening if i dont call them.
