One of JD group stores that i had an account with debited me after settling my account with them which to me doest make sense if you have paid out your account. i gave them a ring on the 28th to ask as to whats happening call centre agent who was assisting me explained to me all the reasons which i understood. he told me to wait after 3 days for money to reflect on their system. which i did, now i went to the store to get my refund i was furious when they told me to wait another 7 days.
as i called back the call centre first lady who answered my call hang up on me after i have asked her to hold the line for me, i called again my call was disconnected three time before i got hold of this agent whom i explained the situation she still ask me to back to the store where i'm not getting any refund, i would like to know why do u have a call centre where you can't get any assistance, and still don't the reason why i have to wait 7days to get my refund when i'm not owing you guys any more, why couldn't you guys stop the debit order as soon as i paid up my account? when i was paying my account i was called a VIP client now that i want my refund i don't get a VIP treatment
