I have a loan account with nedbak, which i arranged to pay R1500 instead of R1192 as it was in areas since i wasnt working for a while. i called in and my refund was approved, waited 5 days and got nothing, when i called again they asked me to fax my bank statement which i did, when i called the next day they told me it was approved and the money will be in my account in 24 hours as i had to wait for 2 weeks while going up and down, 4 days later i call AGAIN and apparently my refund is declined. is it fair that they deducted R4500.00 instead of R1500? HOW do i survive this month? when i ask to speak to the manager they either hang up or tell me they are too busy. for everyday i call i hold for over 20 minutes. i am not impressed and now i am scared they will keep doing this to me on a monthly basis. at this moment what do i feed my child? i will stop this debit order and do a stop order since one of their staff told me they are in CONTROL of my account.
