No one helping regarding my refund

On the 7th of december 2012 i called the call centre regarding a refund that is due to me of R500.00. i was told that the account will be closed and refund will be paid out by 11/12/12. this did not happen. i called 10/01/2013 and and the was told account was closed but no refund request has been done. the agent explained he will submit with urgency and refund will be paid within 24 hours. i called today again to follow uo and was askked to call the legal department. i called them and they referred me back to call centre. i have waited long enough need this to be sorted out ASAP
