Please advise why you hand customers an Out of stock Product voucher if you do not actually get back to the customer?
On the 18th December (more than two months ago) I received a Stock voucher (A764913) for a Cat door stopper which was out of stock in the Bloemfontein store for R59.99 - I wanted 2. Not once did the store came back to me - I had to call and still I cannot get answers.
This is so not on - if you cant provide why don't you jsut say so and keep on lying to customers that you will get it for them.
