VERY DISAPPOINTED CELL C CUSTOMER

IN MARCH THIS YEAR I PUT MONEY INTO MY CELL C ACCOUNT & STOPPED MY DEBIT ORDER, ON THE 03/05 I REQUESTED A REFUND & A REINSTATEMENT OF MY DEBIT ORDER WHICH I WAS TOLD WOULD TAKE 9 DAYS. ON THE 06/05 I WENT INTO THE PMB MIDLANDS MALL BRANCH TO DO A SECURITY CHECK. I WAS TOLD THAT MY REFUND WILL BE IN MY ACCOUNT IN FIVE DAYS, I HAVE BEEN CALLING EVERYDAY SINCE THE 5 DAYS WAS UP & HAVE BEEN GIVEN A DIFFERENT REFUND DATE. I HAVE PRODUCED MY PROOF OF PAYMENT BUT STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. I CALLED 084140 ON THE 20/5 & I WAS TOLD BY THE CALL CENTRE AGENT THAT MY REFUND WAS DONE AT 10.15AM ON THAT DAY & SHOULD REFLECT IN MY ACCOUNT SOON, WHEN THAT DID NOT HAPPEN, I CALLED 031-2427000 & SPOKE TO NEVILLE WHO WAS TRYING TO HELP ME, HE WAS TOLD THAT THE EFT WILL BE DONE TONIGHT & REFLECT IN MY ACCOUNT TOMORROW. I THEN SPOKE TO BASHIR, THE MANAGER AT THE MIDLANDS MALL STORE WHO TOLD ME THAT HE WAS TOLD THAT MY REFUND WOULD BE IN MY ACCOUN THIS WEEK FRIDAY OR NEXT WEEK TUESDAY. WHO DO I BELEIVE. I HAVE LOST FAITH IN CELL C & THEIR LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH THEIR STAFF.I HAVE HAD TO MAKE SO MANY CALLS & MANY TIMES HOLD ON FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME TO GET MY OWN BACK. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
