I SAW AN PRODUCT ON ZANDO, AND THE PRICE THEY HAD THERE WAS WRONG. I CALLED IMMEDIATELY TO CANCEL MY ORDER, AND THEY SAID I WILL HAVE MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT IN 7 WORKING DAYS!!! THIS WAS 22 JANUARY 2013. TODAY IS 4 FEBRUARY 2013... I PHONED THEM AGAIN AND ASKED WHERE MY REFUND IS, AND THE CALL CENTRE AGENT LET ME HOLD ON MORE THE 45 MIN, AND THEN TOLD ME THE MONEY WILL REFLECT IN MY ACCOUNT THE SAME DAY OR THE DAY AFTER... WEL, 3 DAYS PASSED AND NOW I HAVE TO CALL THEM AGAIN, TALK TO ANOTHER CALL CENTRE AGENT AND EXPLAIN EVERYTHING ALL OVER AGAIN... MY TIME, MY AIRTIME, THEY WASTING IT!!! DONT BUY ONLINE FROM THEM!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT REFUND IT, AND YOU GET VERY BAD SERVICE!!!
