Zando is really inconveniencing my life

On the 21st October i've placed an order and paid via EFT. Then my order was delivered on the 28th then i realise that some items were small and i immediately gave it back back to the courier and advised Zando with my return. On the 29th, i was advised that my return was received by the warehouse and refund will be arranged. According to their website it stated that the refund is done within 48hrs but till today i haven't received my refund. when i called in this morning i was told that the refund was done on the 30th and it will take 5-7 working days to reflect in my account.

What i find it very strange is that when we do payments via EFT to them the payment reflect within 48hrs but when they supposed to refund us, our money takes 5-7 working days. This is totally unacceptable. I'm using FNB account and their money was paid into FNB account i fail to understand as to why does it have to take them 2 weeks to return my money. Honestly these people don't think for us. They think money grows from the tree. Zando can you please do something with your systems and stop inconveniencing me. I am not in the position to wait until Wed or Thursday. i would really appreciate my refund today
