16h00 on a Friday afternoon and only two tills open? After standing for more than 20minutes in a que, I asked to see the manager on duty. When the manager finally came, I get told (without any apologies from his side) that the other tills are closed due to a staff break. He then, quite simply walks away.
My question: 6 till operators? All 4 of them gone on lunch at the same time? I say terrible management.
