I have reported this to Woolworths but have heard nothing. I even went up to one of the managers and said you don't have two tills open and a line of people of 7 to 12 which I feel is unacceptable for the high standard that they have. I come after work to Woolworths to get a few things and then the lines drag on and add on but no manager in sight to see the problem. The two people on duty at the tills don't seem so friendly but then I suppose being in their shoes I would also not be.
This is the time most people come after work to shop but they should know this by now. I was there today on the 17.07.13 and could see that the problem was not resolved. I went to one manager and said I will come again and look if things are better and if not I will rather go to Cobble walk - the manager is always around and friendly and when the lines are very you will see the girls come out and mostly the tills will be occupied and what a pleasure. So wake up Cape Gate there is never anyone around to help you in the clothing sections and you just at times have no one to complain to. well lets see if this does not wake up the big heads
