CALL CENTRE IN DURBAN - BAD SERVICE

I required a settlement letter from Electric Express head office, which take up to 2 to 3 days. I called the number 086 111 0037 and there in the call centre they couldn't give me a satisfying answer. I want to settle my loan account. I mean who do not want to email a simple letter in order for them to be paid. Simple if you ask me. Anyway, the guy Vuli gave me a number for their Head office that not even exist - POOR SERVICE.I am still awaiting on the letter. I would never make business with you ever again.
