I wanted a settlement letter from the company and funny how when you apply for the loan you can conveniently go to the branch but when you urgently want a settlement letter they inform you that it takes 72 hours for you to get.
how pathetic is that.
I just feel that service should be prompt and the one I got from the call centre at JDGroup is just horrible.
Please do something about your consistency.
One should not have to wait ridiculous hours for a simple lette
