To whom this may concern,
I purchased a tv from electric express a while ago and settled my account in November 2012 with the amount of. R485.03. After this amount I have been receiving endless statements from Electric Express say I still owe R217. On the first statement I received after I paid the settlement amount I went back to the store and a lady who assisted me said she will send a E-mail to head office to clear out the misundertanding. Just a few minutes ago I received another statement to that I need to pay R217. As a valued client I feel insulted especially seeing that I have been with Electric express for years now. Can a senior manager please call in Afrikaans so that we can sort this out or should I report Electric express at the ombudsman to refer them back to the CPA and my rights as a comsumer!
