R277.22 was INCORRECTLY debited from my account.. Who gives them the right to debit my account when they are not suppose to??
I called Head Office on Monday to inform them and they said they will send me 2 letters, 1 for two of my accounts being settled and another letter to take to my bank so that the INCORRECT amount can be reversed..
I called Head Office on Monday, Wednesday & Thursday NUMEROUS TIMES... The consultants put the phone down on me thrice already and I'm currently on the phone again with a consultant..
This is not the First, second or third time I am having problems with Electric Express... The Service and if I don't get the letter soon then I will not be paying my account for the next couple of months..
The consultants are USELESS! VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER!!!
