I called Capfin I dont know how many times asking for the qoutation letter in order to settle the personal loan I took they said they would e-mail it to me it seems like they are delaying so that they can charge me more cause I really dont know what is so difficult to e-mail that letter to me. I've always heard about their bad service now I can see for myself and next time I'm taking my business some where else;and please when I settle this acc I would like to have the settlement letter e-mailed to me imidiately cause I dont want to do business with them eve
