Delay in repairs

3 months ago I took my husband's phone to Foschini in Canal Walk, 3 days later they called to give me a refurbished phone. 3 weeks ago this refurbished phone started giving problems. We called MTN it was Network locked therefore had to be booked in. We took it to MTN, a week later they called to say that the phone is irrepairable. We did not understand this as the phone was fine, it was just to be unlocked. We took it to Foschini Vangate as I have insurance on the phone. I keep calling them, their phones are constantly ringing with no answer. If you do get through then you get a story. Claudia was supposed to call me back with regards to this, but 3 hours later and no call back. I have tried to call 4 times already, no one picks up the phone. My husband logged a call last week with Head Office because of them not picking up their phone. Seems to me they are using delay tactics not to pay out the insurance claim. I am beyond frustrated with them.
