Useless service & incompetent technicians

About 2 weeks ago I went into an 8ta shop hatfield were I bought an Internet dongle, SIM card and R150 airtime which I asked to be converted into data bundles. However when I connected it to my laptop I could not get Internet services. I went back to the shop and explained that the problem was with the sim. They d sim swap but still couldn't figure out the problem. I called the customer care centre, they identified that the problem was with the number on the SIM card. I went back and fourth to the shop to fix the problem to no avail. 4 days later they sent a technician to my office to fix the problem but still to no avail. I asked to have the data bundles transferred to another 8ta number and I was told its impossible. 3 days letter I was forced to buy another SIM card which works properly but still they refuse to transfer my data bundles. It's been almost 2 weeks now and am tired of waiting they r also refusing to give me a refund. The experience I have had with 8ta has been terrible. I have spent more on petrol driving to and from the hatfield store than what I used to buy their services. Perhaps it's better to stay with the big networks that have established processes!!!
