Stinking Service from FNB

At the beginning of this month I ordered a galaxy S4 phone. Three weeks went by with no word from that department. i then phoned last week and was told the gadget had not been delivered because there was a shortage. I was then told this would be resolved by Friday and my gadget will be sent to me. I then waited and waited, tried calling to no avail until I complained on twitter. Your FNBguy then came back to me as he always does .eg, same thing happened with my forex account which two two weeks to open and only a twitter rant seemed to work after the FNB guy took the case over. Within minutes of my complaint and reply by FNBguy yesterday, I was then sent and sms which said my application for the gadget had been declined due to my credit record. Of course that is, especially coming from a bank that just upgraded my account to private client status and also has a standing agreement for my ipad 2 whose payment has never been dishonoured. And how long does it take for FNB to do a credit check? 27 days? that's a guiness book of record there. or does it take a twitter rant for a client to be declined after a month of promises that the gadget is going to be delivered? i am at my
