Went to Zara Sandton where they were having a sale, after browsing through the clothing racks and selecting a few items to try on we proceeded to the changing rooms where we were then denied entry on the premise that they had just made an announcement that the changing rooms were closed, this occurred at the exact time the store is supposed to close their doors, not the time to deny service to their already admitted customers! Not only did they refuse to let us try on the clothes but the manager came out and was rude and condescending. To top it off the store was still full with customers. This has honestly let me with a bad taste in my mouth, as this is not the service I would expect from a global company that prides itself on service.
