I placed 2 orders on the 25 January 2013 on Zando. Sufficient time for me to get my parcels.
I require my orders today as they are a gift. I can not attend this function empty handed today, that would be such an embarrassment. I have received no tracking emails for either of the items. I called the Zando call centre yesterday afternoon, and apparently my items were only dispatched on the 29th January. The consultant had no clue when I would receive my items and assumed I would receive them only on the 4th February 2013. This is far too late. I ordered from Zando, as this suppose to be an efficient and reliable service. I paid upfront and not COD, but I still do not have my items. This is ridiculous service, the Zando experience suppose to be reliable and stress free. Yet I find the Zando experience is just a torturous, horrible.
You guys are really inconveniencing me.
