No delivery and pathetic attitude from staff

On the 27th i went online to order a gift for my husband and really only ordered from takealot because i read that it would take one day to deliver. on the 28th i get a call from there courier company saying that my parcel is in the wrong "hub", whatever that is and that there will be a delay because they need to get it to the correct hub. how could a parcel get to their edenvale hub when i clearly gave my full address in kempton park. so being extremely irate i email them to refund me and cancel the order, only for kyle to send me back a pathetic email saying thanks for the mail he will notify the couriers. who does he think he is speaking to??? im not one of his friends!!! no mention of my money back. i come from a customer service background and service like that is really very sad.
