You can take my money but you dont do what I ask??

Last week I called and requested a debit order stop as I was told to do so. I gave the lady the account numbers and the amounts that would needed to be stopped on the 25th. This morning the debit orders went off my account!!! So what service is this Im going to switch to FNB and get better service. The lady in the standard bank call centre advised me that there is no gaurentee that the debit order will be stopped. But what makes me upset is that I was never informed of a R80 service fee. But what upsets me the most is that your bank takes off your R80 way before my request is resolved. So im paying for something that I did not even get. So guess what your bank is causing me now. To call the call centre (already waiting for 6minutes to be answered) then do a dispute which reflects bad on my credit record and waste R80?
Sorry thats not on Please refund me with my R80 and train your call centre staff AND before deducting your service fees actually deliver the service you charging one for. And stop waisting my time
