I purchased an ebook on the 8th October. I was unable to download it, and despite several emails between yourselves and I, you weren't able to assist. Then the communication went cold, and I've yet to hear back. This is now 6 weeks ago. I then logged another complaint earlier this week which was acknowledged with a confirmation email. I in desperation purchased a similar book elsewhere, and despite all of this, I am still being ignored, and no refund or feedback has been forthcoming!! Surely disputes or queries are tracked? Especially if there is a reference number. Why send a confirmation email when you are going to ignore it?
