We are still waiting for House & Home to do something about our complaint regarding the damaged lounge suite. Maraleen phoned on Monday to say that it seems like they will change the suite and that it will happen before Friday. She phoned again on Thursday to say that she is still busy with our query. Today is Tuesday and another week and nothing happen so far. This is how it been going since we complaint the first time. It seems to me that they are stalling with the hope that we will give up and just leave everything. Well we will not give up until they do something about our query.
