Paid cash for goods that are out of stock

On Monday 16th Dec, paid deposit for a lounge suite. Tuesday they call us to come pay the outstanding amount because they found a lounge suite & it can be transported but they need full payment first, so we paid the balance & they told us by thursday or friday it will arrive. Thursday comes WE have to phone to follow up, get told Friday it will definitely be here. Friday WE phoned numerous times but over phone get told hasn't arrived yet. Go to Rochester because we want answers then get told they cant find a lounge suite at all!!! Then they wanted us to buy the demo model for full price, then they want to loan the demo model to us for who knows how long until they can get stock in, we refused because we paid cash for a new lounge suite & demanded a refund, the cheeky customer relations man told us what is the difference between getting our money friday or monday (difference is we needed our cash NOW to get a new lounge suite). its now 4 days later and we still waiting for our REFUND!!! Will never ever Buy anything from any Rochester Store ever again because of the pathetic service and!
