Brand new Avante 3 piece lounge suite was purchase in December 2012, when goods were unpacked it was noted that the 3 seater couch and 1 seater couch was damaged, after numerous requests for damaged goods to be replace the response from House & Home was that they will only repair the goods and not replace it, this we do not agree with and up to date nothing has been done by House & Home
