Sales people at Game cell phone desk do not advise clients that a particular cell phone has been discontinued and almost force you to buy that stock because they need to get rid of their old stock!!! 2 weeks later the phones gives problems because software not available. when i take the phone back to exchange they only want to exchange for a similar phone because they still have stock of these discontinued stock. I refused to exchange the problematic phone for the same one and they want me to pay in additional money for another phone!! i would NOT buy a discontinued phone in the first place if i was advised that these models is been discontinued!!! This is utterly bad service and poor training on their sales staff!!!
