I was just at the outlet and waited for 15 minutes for someone to assist me at the ceiling fan area. In the meantime I went and looked at light fittings and asked the lady for a certain item. She said that it was out of stock. This I understand. Then I asked if they would be receiving stock. The answer was that she didn't know.
Then she came to assist me with the ceiling fans. I asked for a certain item that was on display. Then she told me that that item had been discontinued (Apollo 42 cm brown ceiling fan). My question is why is something on display if it is discontinued and why don't the staff know whether or not stock will be received for items that are on display?
