Bought a Palmtalk Flip phone from telkom just more that a year ago. Battery now needs to be replaced. went to Telkom, i get told they have DISCONTINUED the phone and do not keep stock of spares.
I mean how bad is that, if I remember rite the phone was about R700 now a year later i must go buy a new phone... I think thats disgusting, if they discontinued the phone at least keep spares..
I wonder if ill ever get feed back from telkom...
