I went to Pick n Pay at around 13:30, I wanted to convert my points into cash. I found a Lady sitting at customer care office as per my tradition "i greeted her" and she just looked at me with no response and for a minute I thought maybe she was Deaf and I greeted her again and I asked her for assistance, she just looked at me once and turned her back! Then I had her talking to 1 of the staff members and is when I realised that this person is not as Deaf as I thought she was.
A Guy from Bakery/Butchery came to assist me as he just noticed that I have been standing there (the sad thing is I did not take the Guys name but he managed to assist me) he was wearing a white suit. I am so disapointed at the service that I just received from my Favourite store, I do my groceries at that store and I know the staff is so Hyper and friendly. I wonder if that Lady is one of that Dynamic team or is she just a temp? I would really like to make a PLEA to the management to atleast hide such kind of unfriendly people at the back of the store. I am so Disapointed to receive such a service especialy from customer care, does she even know her Department's name? Clearly that Lady needs a serious training.
