I went to buy a wi-fi router on Sun 29/9. Walked into store & no-one around to assist. Walked up & down, checked in manager's office - still no-one. Was about to walk out when I saw a lady come into store. She was carrying load of books - asked her can someone please assist. Looked at me like I was carzy - replied, I'm just carrying these books, I'll see if I can find someone. (I sunsequently found out she was the manager!!). eventually a staff member appeared & pretended to know what he was talking about, but clearly didn't. Said they only had 1 router in stock - clearly didn;t uses his eyes, because I subsequently found about 20 different types. I asked him to please find someone who could asssit. He disappeared & I didn;t see him again!!! ANother lady walked by, (at least she was friendly) - tried to assist as best she could. I eventually called my son to get advise!! Processed to the till - what a surprise - no-one around. eventually staff member appreared - she couldn't get security tag of the box, the price on computer was incorrect, disappeared with my creit card. What a circus. She then had to go find the over friendly manager (yeah right!!!) and get approval for the
