I went to Shoprite yesterday around 6 o clock, I went to the bakery site to buy cake for my son, when I got to that side there was a lady there, she saw me standing there and she never even acknowledged that I was there until one of the staff members told her that there is a customer, after that she looked at me and said hi and then she continued doing to do whatever it is that she was doing, soon a gentleman came and then she dropped whatever she was doing and webt to assist the gentleman, when I told her that I was there first she said I just stood there n said what i wanted, which is exactly the same thing that the gentleman did, and then she said she thought i was just standing, Like seriously, would i just come to Shoprite to stand? and the worst is that when i asked her collegue what is that woman's name, she to me and said her name is Rose but I could see her name tag said something different n I could not see it properly as she had an apron on top of the name tag but I thimk her name is Smangele or some Zulu name, That woman was seriously giving me attitude and her colleague for her, I think the colleague's name is Winnie, Please Shoprite give your staff c service training
