I visited your store, with one cashier attending to a customer, whilst the other two staff members behind the counter, has a hearty conversation with the manager of the store. After standing in the queue for almost 15 minutes (please note no other customers were before me, the customer being attended to was also laying a complaint about receiving the wrong order), I asked the manager and a staff member, is anybody going to take my order, because if not i would go to the branch near white house in phoenix for them to assist me. The manager and the staff both looked at me in acknowledgement of what i had said and then both looked away, ignoring me completely! This is DISGUSTING!!!
I work in a customer service environment, had i done something so revolting I would have been immediately dismissed!
Besides the incompetence experienced in this store, i went home only to find that my food which i paid for, was BURNT (pictures attached)
I need a response to this else I will take this to our Tabloid! SICK OF THE SERVICE AT THAT STORE!!!
