I went to Pick n Pay at Maponya mall to buy a globe, the store is very big so I went to a group of ladies which are shop assistants they were just standing and gossiping when I tried to get assistance from them they walked away sharing a joke "Is that Customer Service" I then went to another group of ladies shop assistants I greeted them nicely and asked where can find the globe, they were not willing to assist and they said I can check on the next line *Shocking Customer Service* I had to look for the Globe as if I'm stupid finally I found the globe. Iyoooh This is the worst customer service I have ever came across, I then went to the till to pay, Mpho the cashier just looked at me and took the globe as if I came to ask for a free globe, I took out my card, she just took my card and threw the globe on the space where you normal pack your groceries on, she never greeted me and she was not friendly, she looked like someone who is doing me a favor to assist me. With Woolworths cashiers they always greet their customers with a broad you can even think that they know you from somewhere that is customer service. I will never go to the pick n pay in Maponya anymore
