We had to exchange a memory card but didn't have the slip or the packaging anymore. I went there with the idea that we are going to struggle and have an issue with the exchange. We barely walked in, and someone was already there to help us. We informed them of the situation and they told us not to worry and that they can find the transaction for us. All of the people were very friendly and really helpful and went out of their way to help us. We found out that they didn't have any stock of the memory card we had to exchange, but they eagerly phoned another branch and kept one aside for us. In a country where we are faced with bad service almost every day, I would really like to compliment all the staff that helped us that day. They put a smile on my face and faith back in our customer service.!
