I went to exchange an item and my receipt had a mark as 2 months had elapsed after the purchase of the item. The cashier Ntombizodwa asked me about the receipt then i answered and as i thought she was referring to the cancellation of the item as the previous day i came for an exchange but didn't have my card with me. She followed on asking me about that mark at the bottom of the receipt i was surprised as the other cashier didn't ask about it as all the details on the slip were visible which were required to make the exchange. I asked her whether how is it relevant she answered me with an attitude. from then on she walked by to make a copy speaking aloud and saying whats with the attitude referring to me. She got back threw the slip at me, she continued instead of asking for a card politely she said card and the card was already with her as she had to initially align it with receipt at the start of transaction. She threw slips on the counter i had to figure out whether i need to sign it, even at the end she just left the slip on the counter and the plastic bag with the rest of the good exchange.
