Went into the Sounds Great branch at Clearwater. I bought a cable for my amplifier recently and discovered it doesn't fit. So I went back to the store to exchange it/ get a refund. All staff were very friendly. When I said I wanted a refund/exchange, they quickly changed their attitude towards me.
I was told that I must hold on and the staff member went to call head office. He came back and said it will be a 10% handling fee if i get a refund/exchange. I was so disgusted with the service - I actually gave the cable back to them and told them to keep it. I lost R300. I couldn't deal with the rudeness and terrible customer service received. I won't be shopping here ever again.
