Exchange Policy

I called first before I went to Edgars Sandton asking about their exchange policy, the lady informed that they could exchange without a slip so I drove all the way there only to be met by disgusting customer service. I had bought clothing for my son and daughter to the amount of R2000 but wanted to exchange them. When I got there no sizes were available so i requested a gift card so I could come back at a later stage to take what i needed. Mam B just dismissed me and said that just because i bought branded items i could not exchange them for a gift card but the same product. i feel this is so disappointing because I supported Edgars with a lot of money and then I cant choose what i want with that money. This is utter rubbish, Edgars is just the worst ever.
